| Hoping all is well. Boy, how life is going by so quickly. I can't believe that we have been in our new place for more than 4 months. I finally got a chance to let you know how much I appreciate the hard work and dedication you took in assisting me in finding a home for my son, Jonathan and myself. Your enthusiasm with helping me find the right place was great. When I wanted to give up, you were there to encourage me not to. You were always a phone call away whenever I needed you for questions and concnerns. I just had to let you know how pleased I am, at finally having a home of my own. When you brought the keys to my apartment I just wanted to scream with joy. Thank you. Your house warming gift of the downstairs bathroom floor covering was really the best gift. A cold call placed to you less than 24 hours prior to our first visit in Northern California proved our meeting grounds. After an hour long informative call, I better understood the area and local real estate market. Our arrival to your office was met with a warm smile and pounds of Bay Area literature. We spent the day driving around with a most knowledgeable tour guide and understanding/learning of various surrounding areas of Danville and San Ramon. You even endured a screaming infant in your zest to show us all the Tri-Valley had to offer. In the weeks following, you monitored the MLS several times daily and e-mailed digital images of all the houses you personally visited for our viewing from a Southern California location. After four trips and what seemed to be 150 home viewings, we were able to make a successful offer on the perfect home. It goes without saying, you were the most instrumental piece in negotiating the offer, working hand-in-hand with the title company, arranging carpet cleaning, meeting with termite and roofing inspectors, removing contingencies, keeping the escrow company updated and on scheudle, and delivering the keys all in a 8 day escrow!! I just want to thank you for taking care of me during this home purchase. Your support, encouragement, extensive knowledge and professionalism made a complicated process understandable to this rookie homebuyer and made the process much less stressful than it could have been.
I love that you kept my little family and their special needs foremost in your mind when looking for properties for me. You were not just trying to sell me a house, you were finding us a HOME that we will be happy in for years to come. We looked at so many houses, I cannot remember the exact number but none suited until we walked into MY house. I think we both knew immediately that this was “the one” and we hadn’t even made it out of the living room.
The best part about this process was meeting you and getting to know you, and didn’t we have some laughs along the way? From keys that didn’t open doors, to agents that invited offers but refused to let us view the property, we managed to have a great time in spite of everything.
